Weekly coaching sessions are private, and individualized for each unique person. Sessions 60 minutes in length, and are done via video chat, or in person, (or phone if technology prevents video). In sessions we dig into what’s stopping you or slowing you down from the change that you desire, learn about what works for your unique body, co-create doable action steps, as well as begin to create the accountability needed to help you succeed in your goals.

*A Clifton StrengthsFinder test, to help us tap into your unique, personal strengths
